Brief for Brand Kaza:

  1. The Kaza store format is part of a solid expansion strategy, with a mission of delivering on nearness, convenience & meeting the evolving customer needs in different markets
  2. The new stores Kaza also provides customers with the opportunity to make their purchases easily, where they could choose from a range of in-store products along with other items which are available in this market
  3. The new stores Kaza brand is a part of specialized companies in Electronics retail and distribution business selling laptops, mobiles, tablets, gaming, security cameras, laptop, mobile accessories and even home appliances.
  4. In addition to that Kaza is running 5 stores all over Cairo and even other cities other than Cairo, like Ismailia, Suez and Luxor and it’s planning to expand up to 50 stores in 2023..

  1. Price point Selling electronics at different prices and competitive to the customers as not all customers are looking for high-end products as they need to purchase “mid or low” budget products portfolio
  2. Product Diversity Offering different range of products which are matching with customers' needs in terms of portfolio and availability

  4. Payment methods In terms of development and enhancing the e-commerce experience, we chose to facilitate the customer's payment, by multiple payment terms such as instalments, cash upon delivery, Fawry & credit cards.

  1. Kaza launched an e-commerce website to enhance the customer’s shopping experience online besides retail store shopping. Kaza’s business model is omnichannel which focuses on better customer experience through multichannel shopping experience whether from a website, store, or mobile application that will be launched soon for easy accessibility to us.
  2. Kaza has a special strong integration between website and stores as the customers can order from the website or mobile application & pick up their order from the nearest store.
